Erm, there's one on the wiki...I dunno if people still look at it, but there's somewhere to start I suppose.

max traps, rest depends on playstyle, most take speed buff - 9 and max crit buff but some dont take it at all.

and all other trap related skills are all up to the player, but with nice skill crit you can do well just using traps

For me, Avengers are more powerful with traps max + def buff + avenger only skills.

PvP example:
Avengers max def with good set of HP/con ornaments can combat a Ranger and use paralise trap... KABOOM. Or with a infinity(weapon/ornament)/foc(armor)/svs(ornament) + lab c-c can be a good mid-tank for battles.

PvM example:
Lure mobs, honeybee+traps...

btw, the player style can change this... dps build are very useful at low lvls.
