For those who are deleting their beta characters because they want to change the appearance or voice, the beta items associated with those characters will be lost.

If you want to change the appearance or voice of your character, submit a ticket so that our support team can help you out.

My ticket has been closed without reply, and I can't even login on Support section of the website....

Edit: Ok, I just discovered I have to registrer again for the support section, and why I should give my name and telephone number for support section of an online game?

Giving your (first) name helps, but your number should be a voluntary field. We're not going to call you.
