For those who are deleting their beta characters because they want to change the appearance or voice, the beta items associated with those characters will be lost.

If you want to change the appearance or voice of your character, submit a ticket so that our support team can help you out.

If you are unaware on how to create a ticket, here is a guide on how to:

Hi. I participated in the Beta and are eligible for a couple of events. I just created my character after launch, using the same name, same class, different profession, different appearance, and difference voice. Then I came across this message in-game while playing. Am I still eligible for the rewards? Please notice that I did not create the character and then delete, I just change the appearance during the first character creation process. Please clarify. Thanks.

Yes. The issue is with people who made a mistake while setting their appearance, then deleted to fix it.

Confused? What do you mean by this? I just logged in, went to create my character the name I had from the beta was pre saved, I made a mistake and had to delete and change things, now I can't even use my reserved name.

Remember when you made your first character how a message popped up and it assigned your character name to you? Basically the first character you make is special and has dibs on the beta name. Once you make the character the name save has been used up.

The whole thing seems to work a lot differently than any of us anticipated, which is what has lead to so many mistakes in the character creation process. i was not anticipating having to use my saved name for my first character.

So... GM are you saying those of us who did delete our character to modify the appearance/voice are doomed to be without any beta items? o_o

According to 'Jello Shaker' GM from this thread: http://forums.warppo...eta-items-gone/ just submit a ticket saying that you deleted your beta character and made a new one, they'll be able to get the beta items back to your character =)
