Still another error. I can't verify this myself yet because it's on my girlfriend's computer, so I'm unsure if it'll happen when my patching is done as well. But I wanted to see if this was happening to anyone else since I want her to get help ASAP.
She's done patching, but when she gets the actual game open, there's nothing to click there. No place to login from, etc, just the music and background. Anyone know what's going on with this..?

Please post the specs of the computer and the Operating system.
I'm thinking it might be the video card, but I'm not 100% sure since it's just launched and the staff is prob fixing things.

had the same problem. tried to figure out a fix in this cluster-_-. changed the compatibility of ro2client.exe to winxp sp3, and now it starts as admin.
p.s. and you mustnt set the resolution higher than 1366x because otherwise you'll get a black screen

Press Win+R and type 'event viewer' (w/0 quotes), then press enter. In the event viewer console, expand 'windows logs' and open 'application' node. Check if there are any errors there. Post the error description here if you find them,
