i cant recover my Ragnarok online password

2. Go to Account Management.
3. Go to Game Accounts.
4. Go to your RO account and click EDIT.
5. Near the bottom right of the screen, you should see a link that says *Forgot Your Game Password? Click it.
6. Fill out the necessary information.
7. Submit.

- Name
- Date of birth
- E-mail address (you can supply more than one if you can't remember which is correct)
- Postal (mail) address (including your area code)
- Telephone number
- Details of past payments
You also need to include the e-mail address that your WarpPortal account is associated with.

thnx, but what will happen after i submit a ticket and how long will it take till i get a reply on my submitted ticket?
I think they're aiming for a maximum of two days.

To the database where it'll search for the account that matches the information entered and send you the email to reset your password.where does this information go?
Where else do you think it'll go?

AAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA 2 days my ass...
got a replay after 6 days, asking for more information, i of course, replyed within a few hours with the requested information (their reply to my ticket was sent at like 4am)
so basically it looks like how their customer service works is, oh this person needs help, buuuut i dont wanna help them yet, i know! lets ask them for their date of birth, then ignore them for another week or so! thatll ensure they subscribe to our game for years to come!
this is a joke, gravity is a joke, the only thing thats keeping me here is a highly addictive semi fun game run by a bunch of 5 year old monkeys wearing blindfolds and throwing feces at each other shouting "50% EXP IS A GREAT IDEA!" .... "TRIPLE SPAWNS?!?!? I LOVE IT!" ......"PARTY SYSTEM WORKING AS INTENDED, NEXT QUESTION!!!"
