Since one of a kind enemies like the 'traitor' can get bogged down with players trying to kill that one enemy. My solution, multiple copies of the one of a kind mobs. It would improve player's thoughts about fighting those kinds of enemies, cause it's a downer having to wait for, hypothetically 10-15 other players to kill the one of a kind enemy one at a time, just so you can have your turn at the mob.

This is a frustration early in a game's life when everyone and their dog is leveling a character, but as soon as the majority of people are past a zone (or capped in level), it may seem awkward having more than one of the same "unique" NPC. Alternatively, and what is usually done, is that the spawn rate is set to nearly instantaneous early in the game's life. Another option is to try to use a different channel. Channels all of have their own spawns, so at this point in time there are 15 channels to choose from to try and find a better place to grab the mob.
