I noticed that the forums do not have a proper "Guild Recruitment" and "Off-Topic" section. The guild recruitment section is pretty obvious, but the off-topic section offers things like a Intro / Get to know someone / obligatory post your picture threads. It will also alleviate some of the off-topic threads that will end up appearing in random forums in the future.

Weird, the Guild Recruitment section wasn't showing up for me when I made this post, now it does...
As for the off-topic section. Yes Warpportal does have a OT section but that's for the entire WP community. Having one in the RO2: LOTS board would be wise as well.
