so how come this is NOT working atm? the skill states you have a % chance to cast fire ball instantly after casting fire ball. ive casted this spell a good amount of times and im at 20% chance and not ONCE has it been an instant cast. the same goes for using ice spells on an enemy and dealing double damage with thunder spells. its still the same damage with or without using ice spells for thunder spells.
so is mage just broken atm or am i doing something horrible wrong :S ?

nvm the text is just horrible wrong (please fix it) the CORRECT writing should read:
"Instantly cast the next fire ball with (6, 13, 20%) probability when using the FIRE BOLT skill."
please change the text of the skill as it is wrong. thank you!

Well, not only Fire BOLT. Sometime's it pops up while casting fireball, inferno, fireflower and some other skills. Not sure if this happens in NA version, probably yes, but in SEA it happened quite a lot.
