Made an account on the support site to create a ticket. I was able to create a ticket but not view them since I CANNOT verify my email.

The system never sent me one. Clicking the re-send button in preferences doesn't do anything.

=Edit= It works, just takes a long time for you to get the email. Had to wait a day.

I am having the same problem. can't view the tickets i sent in due to that, and it has been 2 days now.

Same issue here, I made sure to check my spam folder and add @warpportal.com in my allowed list, but it doesn't work... In case that helps, I'm using Hotmail/Outlook.com

How long did you wait till it showed up? Did you click the resend button in preferences?

I made another account and registered a hotmail email to it, but it still did not show up. I did click the resend button as well, still didn't show up.

I have this problem from yesterday already, so its not thier email sever are slow. its thier web server had a problem.

UPDATE: I suddenly got a bunch of email verification emails, and the auto-response for a ticket I submitted last night, lol ... not sure if it's fixed for everyone, but in my case, it's okay now

Same, I got it too just now XD. Seems like it was just slow...
