Hey, Midgardians.

If you find yourself having any of the following hardware issues:
  • Bad slow down in-game not resolved by restarting/reinstalling
  • Inappropriate or missing textures in-game
  • Unable to move character
When you submit a ticket to our support team, please make sure to include the following:
  • Operating System
  • Video Card and Video Card Driver
  • Dxdiag
  • Anti-virus program you are using (make sure to include RO2 in your exception list)
  • Peripherals you are using (Keyboard, Mouse, Headphones, Mic, etc)

This will help our support team better figure out how to resolve your issue.
