It's not bad, I'd suggest getting Shadow Strike though and possibly increasing Poisoning Weapon if you're not opposed. Since you'll have Shadow Assault as an initiator, you probably don't need maxed Dark Illusion, if at all. But it's really just personal preference; whatever you're comfortable with.
