Please send out a notice on the website and all your media outlets (facebook, fourms) stating why the problem occurred and you are doing your best to fix it. I look at your website i see no information stating that the server is down. Only when I looked around to see that the login servers are down and your are doing a maintenance. It would save me the trouble and time if your website stated these things sooner. Alot of the MMORPG games would of stated this immediately.
