I bought energy for my Ragnarok 2 accounts.
I've got 2 accounts, don't know why. Now i want kafrapoints on the account with my character, the other one is empty, but
i only can convert wp energy on the account without characters & not on the account with my main character.

but i only got 1 account... my window looks the same as yours - empty
convert to ragnarok1 would work, even tested different browers and os.
please help?

here is the fix: you have to pay via steam, because you have created the account via steam !
launch steam client, get ingame and click the kafrapoints chargebutton in the kafrastore ui. you cant charge an account which has been created via steam with warpportalpoints !

are they useless now ? or can i transfer my character to my none steam account ?

I bought 500 wp but I can not convert them to kafra points, I'm playng Ragnarok: Restart. What is the matter with that? I want my money back!

Friendly advise. Send them a ticket. make a follow up if you think it's taking too long.

Ps: Remember that in Ragnarok: Restart VIP Package and other valuable services are not purchased with Kafra Points but with WP Energy
