What stat/skill combination is best for a genetic who'd like to do MVPing but also wants to do a little bit of special pharmacy for side income? Is it even practical?

Use my optimized MVP build, putting the extra points to luk, with luk MC and full buffs + gear it gets acceptable results.
If you are an active player, MVPing is probably more profitable.
