So, after all this Looting drama and so on I still couldn't end my Quest and restarted it.
Now Nukaluka won't drop the Quest item anymore.... ;<
I'm killing him over an over but nothing...
Maybe anybody knows what's going on?

Try to abandon quest and retake it again.

It took me 5 tries, after i retook the quest.(2 times)
