I feel like there's something wrong with my thief, he's level 21, but his max HP is 490. I've seen other thieves who are level 19 who have 900 HP, I've only been leveling STR which has a basic stat of 27. Am I just thinking things or wha...?

Could be many things, they could have much better gear. They might be using cards with lots of vit. They're build might be lots of vit etc etc

are you using white equipment? maybe can post a screenshot so that we can see whats wrong with your char...

If you are actually completing quests and equipping the gear, your HP should be 800+ easily. Right now there is stuff that can 2 shot you from full health in Wold Cave, and it's a level 15 dungeon. Make sure your gear is not outdated, because right now my thief is built exactly like yours with full STR and 1 VIT but has easily twice the HP you have near the same level.

Alright, I'm at level 23, but I'm still having a low HP problem. My max HP is now at 620, it sucks because I feel useless during the Izlude dungeon, because my health is so low and my health pots drain fast. Here's my character.

OK... Grey/white tier equips is your problem.

These ones don't give stat bonuses.... Never wear them over any other coloured backgrounds. You must have been selling the green tier equipments in favour of these grey ones because of their higher def... but that's not worth losing stat bonuses.

If you already got rid of your green equipment, either try Wolf Caves and hope for blue gear or get yourself (or a friend) to craft greens for you. Or you can keep questing and hope NPCs will reward you with stuff.

I suggest replacing all of them with greens or blues before taking on Penomena --

Alright thanks, is there like a database of equipment RO2 has, especially from dungeons?
