If you want to make more money, like Perfect World (shudder) did, and even though I don't really want to suggest this. You can make a kafra item (Account-bound, as in, it will flag your account, for eternity, permanently, not temporarily once used. You would not be able to use it again.) It would make a new separate bank for account-wide transfers.

I noticed that the super large bag already has a description pertaining to an account-wide system as well.

...or, better yet, just allow us a limited amount of account-wide storage slots that, as with the regular character-bound storage, might be expanded with an item from the Kafra shop; hence everyone has access to the base feature, yet those who are willing to pay more for the convenience (not advantage) of extra slots may do so. Everyone wins.
