Some dialogs cannot be opened in combat. However, they serve as a good reference list. Sometimes I am in combat when I have to tell some person about a crafting thing in voice chat. I cannot open the craft dialog in battle. So I'd like it to be able to, just not allow us to craft anything, as well as other dialogs we cannot open in battle, instead having them open and just not allowing the actions of them to be executed.
