I'm a solo player mostly of the time, thats why i'm lvling some attack skills, but i have some doubts with the support skills, heres my planned skill build.

You don't need max high heal if you're going for sanctuary, also you won't use holy light anymore on priest. Some DOT like crescent/oratio can do better...

Speaking of my own curren level 41 Priest experience:

- Genesis Ray, nice but not worth it when you are leveling, quest mobs do not require its burst and you are better of just going Dots > Asperio > 3 x Holy Light > Lex Divinia lvl 2 or 3 if you cant be arsed to cast aqua benedicta every minute. Also much cheaper on those valuable skill points. Putting those 6 points into Dots or Holy Light will yield a much better result.

- Sanctuary. 1 point is enough and even then I question its use after some dungeon experiences I had, lets just say that some people actually dont follow the light. Also Asperio > Max Highness Heal + Renovatio gives almost as good effect but without locking you out of mobility. Also you can do Asperio > Highness Heal + renovatio + sanctuary and watch green numbers fly all over the place.

Personally I am going with something like this:
