Does it work? I tryed putting a lvl25+ rune into my lvl25 blue pants and it wont go. I have 1 blind rune slot. Is there a way to activate this "Blind rune slot" or what?

Use the Runehole Puncher, you can either get it from quests or have a Blacksmith craft them. You have to use the drill on a blind rune hole, then you can put runes in
