So... What debuffs does this even remove? I've been trying it on almost every debuff I've come across and even if it still has duration left by the time I finish casting it (dat cast time...) it doesn't seem to remove any that I've encountered.

If it still works like what people could figure in sea, then it removes Immobility, Frozen, and Morph.
Most debuffs don't last long enough for it to matter, as you noticed, but there are some endgame cases where it could save someone.

It's really questionable to level between that and the fact that if your targeting circle has multiple people in it, then it's random which people in it get cured.
I wouldn't be surprised if there's more use for it after raid bosses are retuned to not be pay-to-win. Who knows.

I tried using it in IC and TSG last night but it didn't do anything. It's just a filler skill in my opinion, just like Summon Aqua and Meditation *hatred*

Pop one point in it and then move on to better things!
