i know wind and earth are important for raids and dungeons, but wouldn't seal of water and the -10% dmg it provides be better in pvp? maybe maxing seal of water and earth shield would help survive longer in Colosseum and duels. what do you guys think?

Well, I accidentally had it maxed on the SEA server and I managed to make use of it somehow, but I didn't use it for the dmg reduction. Sounds like an interesting theory though.

I heared its being used by Wizards, not Sorcs so far cause they got the exploding skill which really makes it usefull.

Yeah, Wizard's Seal Explosion makes it useful regardless of what level Seal of Water you have

I really want to have more pvp discussions on this forum. It seems like this game is so PvE focused. No one ever wants to duel or practice or anything. There are no pvp guides and strats vs other classes. I wonder why .

That's understandable. While I'm not an avid PvPer myself, this forum does lack discussion in that area. Maybe everyone's too busy leveling and getting gear? :x
