I can be wrong... but doesnt severe rainstorm give a global cooldown timer? how the hell does she use arrow shower when SR is going off?

i tried the combo it does work with SR + Arrow shower, pretty useful

Sound Amplifier is STILL not out on iRO, a few players have been nagging the GMs about it since before thanksgiving.
