But i dont know what build is effective or how they function in mid to high TIs can someone give me a build and advice?:S

As a Stalker I leveled with Bowling Bash, then used Arrow Storm until about 125 maybe? There are alternatives but those were the ones I found to be the quickest. Mid TI you can still do decent damage with AS if you have some gear to back it up, but it gets tricky in the high TI. Personally I think it's more effective to pull mobs to the party for the Rangers to kill, but you can continue to AS over here albeit the contribution probably won't be too noticeable compared to that of a Rangers'. Chasers have pretty limited PVM capabilities, unfortunately.

You can also try to act as a sort of mob control with Storm Gust/Frost Nova.
