it's because the client won't load custom .vdk files anymore which is an extremely stupid move as we can expect from WP and gravity. you can still modify the files for yourself if you want to hack something but all the community projects like this patch and custom UIs etc. would be much harder to maintain now. Changing the original VDKs now would mean that everyone would have to download a new vdk from me and that I would have to create a new one every patch. If you keep the modified one while patching this much likely could cause many new patching errors. If I would release this patch as a UI.vdk this would mean that people would have to decide between my patch and Klydes UI so I gonna stop the development of this patch until Gravity stops this nonsense.
I'm sorry but this is too much work and trouble for me.
In other words...
GRAVITY: You will be forced to look at our hideous eyesore of a VIP and YOU WILL LIKE IT.
RO2 players: Or, you know, we could just NOT buy VIPs anymore. :3
