Hello.

I would like to do some runes for myself, but get a problem with that ingredient... Phracon....

Auction House is empty...
Awesomes database guide provide information "Able to buy from Pro Job Merchants", but never meet any Pro Job merchant during gameplay

Where could i find those NPC-ts....
Anwser style "In Prontera" or "Somewhere in the world" is not enough to me...

Artisan Expert in any town. Second page of ingredients.

EDIT: Sorry if that isn't enough information XD but that is really all that needs said. Just find an Artisan Expert NPC in any of the towns, click Item List and then go to page 2 of their items.
