What kinda stats and skills for a build like this?
Also, what kinda gears you suggest for the cart cannoning?

Well you want Str Int and Dex. And you need to let us know what kind of budget you have people could start saying megs bryn hammer and so on but you might not have those. So it is all dependant on your zeny supply! And max out cart cannon cart remodeling cart boost.

rest into vit? or less vit and more str

+9 cod of caster
2x rwc pendants with int+3/spell3/3
+3 int wild cat orlean gown
+9 hbp
either high up trip kingbird twin edge or kingbird HF with EA enchants

100+ int + 100 dex + slieps + hammer = instant cast cart cannon, you would not need anything else.
100 str + +9 hbp + evil marching hat for additional damage.
last time i tested this setup will do 20-30k damage per cannon ball, add megs and you can do 40-50k damage

How can you guys be giving him build advice, when he hasn't told us what the objective of his build is?

What is the goal of the build? For MVP? PVM? ET? What sort of situation are you optimizing for? What support would you have in the situation you're optimizing for? What's your gear budget? Are you optimizing for DPS or damage per cast or something else? Is survivability of great importance?

What I can say is that neither of the builds posted above are optimized. For anything, not just cart cannon.

lol most people cant afford god items. if they could, everyone would be op as hell (assuming there were even enough on the server for everyone to own them )

ppl really need to chill with these god item/billion dollar builds. assume the person doesn't have them or they wouldnt be asking for gods sake.

I suggest u go with a standard build to level up 90/90/90 str/int/dex/rest vit cuz u will get tore up by mobs and around level 125+ u should get an idea of what u need to do with your stats. For your weapon it would be wiser to go with a triple kingbird twin edge so u can equip a shield.

100-120 INT/DEX for cart cannon build. 90/90 is too low. that extra 10-20 INT is the difference between 1000s of damage
