Soemtimes i can't end battle mode, and have to close the game because i got stucked in combat mode...

Don't have to close the game, just find another mob to kill and it'll end it. Also changing zones works also. By that i mean you have to actually enter a portal. Like dungeon entrance or going into Prontera. But yes, it is a rare bug that most mmos even WoW have. So i doubt it'll be fixed, but it happens rare enough that its not that big of an issue.

Standing in water usually fixes it. If there's no water source nearby (Secret Forest Tomb, for example), you may need to go back to the enemies to reset aggro.
