Now I got one little problem about two skills which is more important/usefull (mostly for PvE)?
1. Max Wind Walk - it has a very long cooldown but in the contrary it gives a very good buff. And I can use Falcon Eyes too to make it shorter if it's needed.
2. Max Fear Breeze - as it stocks up it will make my attack faster and the advantage of it that it is "instant" so it will stock up over and over again without any cooldown.
3. Balanced Wind/Fear - 4-4 to each.
So that's my three choices. I'm not an all day player so it will take time to untill I reach lvl 48-49 where I need to make the choice but I'm curious what you guys might think what's better?

Oh and by the way I wouldn't need the traps then so 2 more skill point to spend which I might think about it if I'll have some money for skill reset scroll... Any other opinions?

For pvm it's really limited to soloing and, by extension, levelling. Once you get into raids and dungeons you will only ever be able to use camo once per fight so the value of the skill drops wayyyy down compared to fear breeze and wind walk. However if you want to keep camo, fear breeze is worth a LOT more than WW in terms of DPS per point.

WW 120% haste, 30sek duration for 120sek cd equals to: 30% haste over 120 sek, which is the cd.
30sek duration * 4 = 120sek (to match the cd)
--> 120%haste / 4 = 30% haste(for the whole time, till the cd is off
compare:
30% haste wholetime up vs. 10% haste from 5 FB stacks,
BUT you are never on 5 Stacks because you need them to refresh your poison with AV, which consumes the stacks. And you dont start at 5 Stacks, so the whole haste gain is pretty low.
Pros of WW:
- you can reset the cd, which boosts the overall haste even more.
- great for PVP, because of the strong brust.
- great for everthing where you need some nuke. ("strong" quest mobs; encounter goes enrage)
...or did i fail with this? xD thats why i will take WW instead of FB! if this is wrong, please correct me!

Well for pvp, yes it's kind of essential but then again for pvp you will be taking falcon assault route anyway.
For pvm it's really limited to soloing and, by extension, levelling. That's some usefull information. It's true that even if camo is good, those buff skills worth much more. Though I would be curious why is falcon assault better in PvP?
WW is way better:
WW 120% haste, 30sek duration for 120sek cd equals to: 30% haste over 120 sek, which is the cd.
30sek duration * 4 = 120sek (to match the cd)

That's another good thinking. I can't argue with the WW pros, but I can't ignore Illana words about having more DPS. WW is good with bigger mobs or PvP. I am thinking about to max it because if I have camo then it will be at least make the PvP's a bit better, but if what Illana said is true then I shouldn't have taken the AV path for it. Such a hard decision

AV will root you in place for almost 2 seconds and you cannot even cancel the animation and it's not worth the risk.
FA on the other hand you can use on the move and at the same time you can do other moves while it is up. PvP encounters don't usually care about how much DPS you have but rather how much damage you can do in the shortest amount of time. AV is more about DPS and FA is more about burst.
As to the WW vs FB, The skill sim is wrong. At 5/5 WW gives you 10% haste and vigor so FB is far better.
