No they are not Yeti nor abominable snowman.
Tatachos were originally beautiful birds, and they could fly. But since they settled in Manuk where there is no natural enemy, they started to be fat and lazy. Eventually, they became like now, such ugly birds.
Appearance
Big fluffy fur ball like creature resembling a Yeti or an abominable snowman. It has a pair of wings that is now useless for flight. Tatachos have evolved and make use of the wings to be used like a pair of hands instead. Tatachos have big feets , not sure if it was originally that huge when they first came to Manuk. Another mystery is the birthday hat on top of its head, why do they wear it? Who's birthday is it? Why are they always wearing it?. (But i guess it just love having parties and munching on foods)
