I'm not a very high level yet but I've found ice wall to be pretty helpful if you pull aggro in a dungeon. Teleport too.

That was my plan but I'm debating whether I want to take one point out of teleport and put it in fire explosion.

why would you put only 1 point into fireball

I didn't notice that. I guess it's preference but I maxed Fireball pretty early in my build.

You can do more with fb spam than you have time to cast fireball.

You cast Fireball when you have the insta cast one.

You shouldn't need to use teleport every 20 seconds, so I would suggest taking 2 points out and putting it into Fire Ball to maximize your damage. 20% chance is pretty high considering how often you'll be casting Fire Bolt.

Heh, I made that same mistake of assuming that you won't need to use Teleport every 20 seconds. When I got to Arena Hard, I was so wrong.

Aside from that, the build OP linked is the exact same one I usually roll with when playing a Wizard. Stat wise, I assume you meant 27/51/3, but otherwise it should be set in terms of maximizing the raw power output.
