is this a bug or something cause it said its suppose to heal me 60% over 20sec but its only 3% every 2 sec for 20 sec so thats only 30%...
Tension relax 30% not 60%?

you have to max the skill "Rage Controling" once you do your max rage goes up from 50 to 100.
each rage gives like 0.6% heal for 20sec so at 100 rage it's 60% heal for 20sec.
