Hey Guys,

I've got a problem. Every time when I try to join a dungeon it doesn't work. Everything disappear, I mean all the NPCs, Player, Monster everything except my Character and the naked map. I can move around but i dont get the loading screen, which brings me into the dungeon. And I can't logout or close the Game. Only TaskManager helps. After reloding the Game i can join the dungeon but this is really annoying.

Has somebody the same Problem and can help me? ^^

I've had this same problem since the Malaysian server... it isn't just dungeons or channel switching. If the client is running for more than 7 minutes you can't even log in. Don't get your hopes up about anything being done about it. As much as I love this game I hate the lack of support they give players. I've submitted several tickets about the problem but to no avail. I'm running off of a Windows8 Gateway NV76R Series laptop.

I get the same trouble after this update, and i lost my chance play colosseum because the game stuck and need force close.

I've had this problem ever since this new coliseum patch, can't change channels normally, can't join coliseum, can't join RHD. What am I supposed to do at lvl 50?

Yup, same here. After update I cant change channels or enter dungeons without this happening after about 10 minutes of being logged in.

Same issue with no loading screen. It started after the colosseum patch. During the colo trial it did not warp my character out after the end of colo, then the problem extended to both entering dungeons and colo.

I'm getting the same problem. Can't even change channels without this happening.

I'm getting this same problem also. I can't even log out or exit the game. I have to use the Window's task manager to exit the game. I'm also having problems connecting to messenger server (see my friends list), it takes a minute or two to connect. My new character can't see friend list at all. I'm not sure if it's related or not. It all started happening after the coliseum update.

Glad I'm not the only one with this problem. I haven't been able to enter colo because of this. Really annoying. If anyone finds a fix please post it.

I'm playing with the task manager always open so I can quit and relogin fast when doing doungeons...

Well, looks like i'm missing another day of gameplay thanks to this bug. I can't do colo, RHD, Raid because there doesn't seem to be any fix to this. Reinstalled three times. Tried using steam client AND regular. Character still gets stuck in limbo when i try to change channels, try to go to collo, or teleport into a dungeon. Need task manager to end ro2 client because can't even exit ingame.

UPDATE ON TEMPORARY FIX.

Hey guys, so I found a temporary solution for this. Before you warp, just log off, and re-log. If you click the warp icon instantly, it will work. I haven't tested in Colo yet, but it -should- work in theory. Guild mate and I tested this and works for dungeons.

Additionally, the guild mate that helped has the same issue and we both have Windows 8 Pro 64x bit.

Edit: Worked in Colo, got to Final Round without any d/c issues, but you still need to re-log once you warp out of it.

Thanks Klyde, That work around is better than havin to restart client everytime.

yeah works with colo, dungeons, chanel, etc, in the first 5 - 10 min you can enter dungeon, colo or region dont trouble but after this time u need use task manager, i hope fix this trouble its really annoying

Yeah, it's nice to have a cheat-fix for now, but we need a real patch to fix this.

Any solution to this problem yet? It's a bit annoying. I have RO2 installed on 3 comps, 2 with windows 8 pro and 1 with windows 7 pro. The bug happens on both windows 8 pro comp but not on the windows 7 pro. Copying the RO2 folder from my windows 7 comp to windows 8 comps doesn't fix it. I'm not a computer expert, but maybe its something with windows 8 that is causing the problem.

I'm at work so can't test it myself, but I have the error on Windows 8 pro as well. Has anyone tried running in compatibility mode set to W7 or XP?
