My planned build is the follow http://www.ro2base.c...1.1.3/0.0.0.0.0

I plan to sink 2 points to grab Oratio for leveling, any soloing that may be needed and also because its an instant dot for extra dps in any pve situation. The rest is self explainatory. I took arch angel for burst heal, and angelus is not worth it, Suffragium might be ok but i'd prefer to go without it for points since a lot of spells are instant cast. Golira is better than suffragium imo. 2 in res for the extra point insteand of 1.

My only debate is weather its worth taking out a point of rez and 1 point in gloria for 2 points for Judex for a stun should it be required for a pve cc or pvp and 1 point in Credo since i hear very good things about it, and stacking it as another dot would be quite a bit extra damage, especially for lvling and pvp.

Stat wise I plan to go 51 int, 27 agi 3 vit. Although crit is nice, i'd pref the extra magic attack since im dot/hot based and use arch angel for extra bonus on higher base magic attack.

What would you change, and what is better or worse than I suspect that I'm not considering or seeing atm. Thanks you in advanced for any feed back. I've read all of the priests guides here and based a lot of my opinions on them with some leveling experience.

TBH I don't think you should get any attack spell if you want to be FS. Holy light+Aspersio will let you solo pretty much on everything you need.
Coluceo level 1 is a bad idea, you need the shortest healing CD, on raids (Specially hard mode ones) coluceo is pretty required since is the only skill that can save a life, and make up for the other healer in the party mistakes.
There's no real point or gain in archangel, 30 secs of a little boost is not much compared to its cd and points spent. Sanctuary or angeluz are way better options, sanctuary can save a complete raid on extremly tight situations (Example: the Einherjar sorceror can drop everyones hp below 1000, sactuary can save them all in 3 seconds).
The point in resurrection is useless in my opinion, since even leveled you will not be able to use it on a single fight twice.
And I will move a little stats from INT to VIT since you need that little HP gain it gives in order to reach the ideal HP for raids.

Here is my build and leveling path if you want further information:

Priest builds are pretty flexible as long as you know how you want to play, and can thus utilize the skills that suit your playstyle better. It's pretty hard to go wrong. Just look at how many different opinions and builds there are, and all of them are successful.
Because a good player is a good player.

Your idea for getting Judex would probably be fine for PVP (I don't PVP though, so I can't offer you any success stories to back that up).

PVE, for the sake of cc, I'm not sure you'd have the time to be using that during any situations that could benefit from it. Because if you're in that tough of a situation that cc is needed, then your party would probably be safer with you healing or using one of your emergency skills. Your party members should be on top of handling cc issues, not you.
Party overpulled? Assumptio, Archangel, or Sanctuary, and spam your basic healing skills because your life depends on it.
There's a single add that's a threat, like a suicide bomber? Ideally, it's a mage's or ranger's job to root it and help take it down. Either way, it's up to the DPS members of the party to kill it before it does any harm. You could possibly fling out a Judex once in a while in this case, but it should not be your priority. The targeting system makes it more difficult, too.

If you're really not sure exactly what skills suit your playstyle here yet, then I would recommend just sitting on skill points and continue partying. There's plenty of time to get a feel for what you want as you continue through Normal dungeons. And sadly, bad parties are excellent teachers. Maybe you'll find that you keep wishing Coluceo were ready more often. Maybe you'll wish you had a stronger Sanctuary to handle those big AoEs more (and if your Sanct's heals are bigger, then you can afford to cancel it sooner and go back to your routine if needed). Maybe you'll decide you don't like Gloria enough, or would rather max Res.
