One of my favourite items I've come across ingame would have to be the summonable mercenaries. I have noticed that I received them from and old kafra item and am running low on them.

My suggestion is to have hirable mercenaries in taverns/inns etc. Something along the lines of a theives/rogues guilds in towns.

Add an option for increased durations (more zeny, longer duration) and options of all the classes for hire.

Just an idea.

These exist you can higher Swordie Mercs from Izlude, Archers from Payon, and Spearmen from Prontera.
