Jukkar was forced to follow the footsteps of the older kids in the harsh city of Morroc from a tender age. He cared little for being an orphan because his allegiance relied on the strong camaraderie the Thief Guild had; everybody would cooperate and share a loaf with the ones who had less. Only if they showed compromise. So he started out by stealing from the oblivious bystanders indiscriminately, exercising his stealthy prowess and distinctive thief trademark of never being caught - free of guilt. Life was tough and had no pity for the weak. One had to get out of dire situations by their own means. And thievery forged Jukkar with the steel of undying diligence and hardly any empathy.

As time went by, he became aware of a world beyond the falsehood in the Thief Guild. An incident with a fellow thief led him out of thievery forever, instead becoming interested in solitude and the power of fear over those poor victims. He remembered the frenzy of subduing the greedy thief with a single scratch of the tinted blade - a venom blade he found lying around in the sand, far into the mirage of the deserted winds. Those were intense seconds of uncertainty, whether his 'friend' would live or die. The poison scarred his only friend forever, and Jukkar felt guilt for the first time ever. His hunger to identify and control this power culminated in the slums and bars of different places, eavesdropping rumors about poison experts. The rumors led him further into the sands, where he encountered the Assassins' hideout.

His diligence helped him earn a place amongst the assassins, but none of them seemed to recognize the toxin in the blade. The only way to find out was to make his own way.

And thus, he embarked on a journey in hopes to find an antidote to his mistake.


TL;DR: Jukkar became an assassin to learn about poison and how to control it in order to prevent another accident he's gonna regret, hence he tries to predict several outcomes to every move he makes -because he carries poison, you know. (Guilttrippls)

Along the way he met many alchemist/ scholars/ researchers/ but unfortunatly everyone of them only held rumours of unexplained things going on in their city or town. Most of the time a ghost sighting turned out to be a local villager playing pranks on others or a ravenous beast that would attack and kidnap people. He still travels the world looking for people that share his passion for science and to discover the mysteries of Ragnarok

Bio: The Dumb One, she was always referred to. Saera was dishearteningly used to it. As a child, she was always recognized for her good looks. She wasn't unaware of this nor did she fake modesty, but she wasn't one to boast. Of course, it wasn't a point to boast about as it was always a reason for her peers to discount her as airheaded or bitchy. With no friends - no real friends - and average smarts, it wasn't difficult to believe.

As a Novice and Archer, she found herself drawn to dance after a quest to Comodo. The women were so free of care and their bodies reflected that. Culture at the town was acceptance of anything. They spoke loud and proud, did what they wanted - they even ate the oddest things, wore the most unconventional clothing. Before she was able to digest what she observed, Saera was tapped on the shoulder. Following the finger, she found a handsome bard who asked her to join in a dance. Independent of restrictions and without shame of judgement, she moved like she hadn't before. That was when, asked of her name and hometown, she answered terpsichory and Comodo.
