Is it only in raids/dungeons or is there a monster that might drop it even if it is a very low %

Was it from a random mob, or some boss?

It was from a boss. I don't know if the chef's recipes can drop from normal monsters, though I've seen a lot of Lv.50 potion recipes drop from regular mobs. I've been doing RHD for like a week straight and no luck finding it other than from bosses.

Alright, thanks. Gonna keep hoping for it to drop then. I don't really want to waste that much money on a recipe.

Edith (Drake's healer), Juliana and Prophet of Doom are the only 3 bosses in RHD that can drop those, as far as I know.

The recipe is quite expensive in AH. Luckily, the recipe dropped while I was on a DNA hunt.
