Can't buy kafra point

On my main account I click on my power up to buy kafras point except that the payment is not displayed. So I receer an account, and on my second account I have the payment options that are present.
I do not want changed on my main account because I already have a lvl 45, I wonder why I have no choice of payment, thank you.

What region are you playing from?
Are you using the Steam launcher and a Steam account?
Have you ever been able to purchase Kafra Cash, or is it a recent issue?
Does the issue still happen after yesterday's patch?

muh eyesNo, if you registered your account via WarpPortal, then you should be fine purchasing WarpPortal energy via the WarpPortal website as well~

Hi, I started playing Ragnarok 1 about a month ago
I recently decided on buying KP points and tried using the power up function on warpportal.com
but i'm having the exact same problem as the original poster of this thread.

Its 2017 now.. im having the same problem i cant purchase on the site.. i wanna buy kafra points.. but there is no purchase button on my account. i tried to do that on my phone still the same..
