I cannot find the spot outside DoD entrance where I'm supposed to dig the shovel. Can someone please help with the coordinates? Thanks a lot.

It's just on the hill, climb up on the hill, there's a small road

You go to the entrance to DoD, to the left of it there is a ramp up, go up it until u get to the end. If u get stuck, just try moving around a bit. It works, trust me. Get about dead center of the overlook and dig.
