We are changing the maintenance time for Ragnarok 2.

Starting next week, the maintenance time has been moved to Wednesday from 5am-9am PDT.

12:00 - 16:00 pm GMT. EDIT:// BST (GMT+1) 13:00 - 17:00pm even worse.

Very smart move. I could never figure out why you all had placed the maintenance times when everyone is at home (8pm pacific). Most folks are at school or work on Wednesday from 5am to 9am pacific (8am to 12pm eastern), which is a much improved time slot.

It's not our intention to leave time zones out. The regions we cover are North America, Europe, and Oceania, so it's inevitable that doing anything with the game at any given time is going to leave someone out.

The change was to implement maintenance at a time where we saw our least amount of players were on, instead of having it at a time where we saw a lot of traffic.

well you must also see that everything all events, q & a, colo just happens to fit perfectly for the US even if u say u arent the facts are there i for example dont see how hard it would be to put colo times 12 hours apart its very simple

well i'm not claiming this is the exact reasoning for their choice for event times and colo but, like njoror said they moved it to a timeslot they saw the least amount of players on, maybe the event and colo times are the timeslots they see the most players on, soo.....yea, you can't really blame them to much.

well i'm not claiming this is the exact reasoning for their choice for event times and colo but, like njoror said they moved it to a timeslot they saw the least amount of players on, maybe the event and colo times are the timeslots they see the most players on, soo.....yea, you can't really blame them to much.

if they claim they will make it work for all time zones they cant change their mind midway to screw us over i cant see how you would defend them for that

Everything in this game is anti-europeans, Colo is at 22.00 at 3.00 AM, like wtf.
Maintenance was the only thing that was actually good earlier, now you move it to fit the americans yet again. Just admit that you don't give a damn about us instead of trying to sugarcoat it by blaming the fact that you can't make everyone satisfied when you're not even trying.

Europeans are already screwed up with the second colo time, so why not punching them right in the face and set the new maintenance at 2pm-6pm, I mean it is still a european server too, why do you have to manage everything for NA only o0

1) The servers are based in NA.
2) The majority of the players are in NA.
3) The least amount of traffic in the game, overall (NA and EU combined), takes place during the new timeslot.

Three pretty strong, fact based reasons.
