I can't find where this is posted but Im getting frustrated as to where to buy the items for Mechanic(bulets, magazines, pile bunker, etc...). It's not even listed on iRO WIki or at iro Ragnarok official website. Am I suppose to guess several hours for these items?

This - it should be inside prontera weapon shop. It's the cannonballs (used for the mado's guns as well as genetic cart cannon) you want for the bullets. They also have the other mechanic stuff.
