ok so Im bought IM this week and bought reroll hammers. It got bugged and it wasnt in my inventory and my Im points are gone. I made a ticket and its already around 5 days since I did and still didnt get any response. Now, I bought another set of Im points using my other account ( I was after the first top up bonus) but to my dismay I found out that my game account is banned and for whatever reason I dont know and my IM points is already there! Im so annoyed. I dont know how long it would take GMs to resolve this again

I don't believe that you don't know how to use the PM system. If you can use the forums, you can use the PM system. Shens.

It isn't right that people get preferential treatment by complaining in the forums. It should be first come first serve to those who put in tickets. Gravity shouldn't allow people to jump the queue ahead of others by coming into the forums and hollering. That sends the wrong message to the players (if you want faster service, complain in the forums).

It is wrong expecting to get special treatment. And a banned account to boot!

Because other tickets have been neglected far longer than yours. They should come in the order as neglected. The most neglected should come first, then the least neglected comes after, then we have those who have just recently submitted a ticket which are not in the 'neglected' queue. General tickets usually come in the order received.

While I believe your issue is somewhat important since it involves payment/real monetary trade, that does not give you the right to be rude to other players. We all here are patiently, rather eagerly, waiting to be replied by the Support Team. I also have three tickets of different issues that's still pending up to date. Of course we care, since you are not the only person who's considered a "paying" customer. Paying or non-paying, you should not exhibit that kind of attitude. :p_swt:

I bought IM cause I need zulie ASAP if I have time to wait I should have just vended. and it annoys me cause their system is being stupid. its not my fault why my IM is stuck so whose fault? its theirs (warpportal/gravity) so I have each and every reason to get mad. I can say what I wanna say and if you dont like it I dont care, just dont read my thread. Im not being mean. title says, "IM PISSED!"
