Alright so imma be leveling up a sura in ti's and i really don't care about WoE/mvp until 150.. what would be the best build? just go vit and tank? or just go for dmg?

Vit and tank. It pains me to say this, but your AoE-abilities become outmoded almost as soon as you get them (and mobbing is the name of the game past 100); on the other hand, with 90-ish vit and Mental Strength you'll be able to effortlessly take hits to the face which would one-shot other classes.

If you're going to tank though, take it seriously. Get some good reduction-shields, max Mental Strength, bring potions (both white and blue; MS costs a hefty chunk of SP) to take care of yourself if the healer if overwhelmed (or dead, or simply not paying attention).

You know as well as anybody that you've got massive damage-capabilities in the form of Gfist and GoH, but wait until you hit 150, then reset and rebuild yourself accordingly.

Witch pumpkin hat + alarm mask works best for MS sura in TI..invaluable items to them IMO
