I noticed all of the ranger crafted gear gives massive amounts of haste.... isnt this going over the top and being pointless since the base charge arrow with talents is 1 second and the cooldown is .9? if you dont keep both haste and vigor in equal amounts, arent we going to get unusable haste out of the deal since the cooldown for charge arrow will not be up?? Also, doesnt this kinda hurt the utility of fear breeze if my thinking is correct?
