Alright Guys i recently just got back into the game and it took some thinking i have a champ and a mage champ is 213 mage is 215 i focused on mage when i came back pvp/pvm build so now im not exactly sure whats better for pvm/pvp even though mages have more distance with permafrost for some reason champs still sometimes get there stun in before i do they have 16m i have 18 right now i have full chiv JO ring arua neck d7 and earring d7 if thats helps.
mages + high aoe span
+ higher ap
+ heals (pvm)
+ sleeps,stuns
- low defense
Champs+ Aoe's
+ high ap
+ high def
+ alot of stuns
+ high hp
+ good accuracy
now this is all i see between them if u guys can help out im not sure which to choose because there both good pvm n pvp and if someone could tell me if champs can solo farm (ruins) without hp pots or anything please it would help thanks :o

i hate champs for their 100%? mute. why do their need a 100% mute with 19864234 aoes and stuns

if mage has self buffs and heals, its better for farming imo. unless your champ is gonna use buff pots or bring a cleric

ohoh + for the mage debuff ;D

i hate champs for their 100%? mute. why do their need a 100% mute with 19864234 aoes and stuns

if mage has self buffs and heals, its better for farming imo. unless your champ is gonna use buff pots or bring a cleric

ohoh + for the mage debuff ;D



ya... Champs are pretty overpower.

oh yea n the debuff i rememberd right after i posted well i was going to add on to berrys note about 100% mute mages also have 100% mute and another thing + mages it also has hellfire? the burn . and does anyone kno why 16m hits sometimes before 18?

If you mean why dies a champs weapon launcher beat a mages permafrost chill even though it has less range; all moves have a certain proriety some moves beat out other moves, same reason why a raiders sucker punch hits before soul wreck even though it has 2m range vs soul wreck's 7m.

Keep in mind the stun itself isn't 100%. The attack (weapon launcher) will hit first, but the stun can fail (it is 65% success).

Mage= 1v1 pvp
Champ= War


Mage if you're good will beat anyone 1v1 with their self buffs, but when its cleric buffs mages don't benefit from them at all except around 10%+[xx] ap.


While champ gets insane mspd(Which is mostly why they're so good in uw, along with all the stuns), hp, good defense and ap and if you're spear ok aspd without aspd gear.

yea thanks i started the champ and yea hes alot alot better then my mage in uw anyways im pretty sure mages r going to get nerfed anyways thanks hydra
