Hey guys, can someone explain to me on how these equips work? The crafted ones has lots of haste while drops from pve/bapho have vigor+hate. How do these play into your priest build?

Haste increases your casting speed (aside from casting animation).
Vigor decreases skill cooldown.

So choosing between raid gear and crafted gear comes down to whether you'd rather cast something like Heal or Holy Light a little faster, or if you want your emergency skills (Assumptio, Coluceo, Sanctuary, etc.) ready sooner.

Given what's currently available to this server...
A full set of crafted gear would give a little over 20% Haste Rate.
A full set of raid gear would give somewhere around 12% Haste and Vigor Rate, I think.
(These are excluding accessories.)

I think that essentially, if you like the difference Suffragium makes, then you'd prefer a crafted set.

I want both sets for situational purposes. But I'm poor, so no crafted gear anytime soon for me.

I would definitely choose Vigor Rate over Haste Rate any time, there's only a small handful of Priest skills that has casting time, whereas most skills have cooldowns. Especially the emergency skills like Assumptio and Sanctuary and Colo heal with long 120 sec cooldowns, Vigor would work great on them.
