Hi, I'm a level 35 chef and I still have not received the rank 2 guardian quest from chef Pinoa in Prontera. I'm able to make the smoldering heart steaks but there is not quest given to me for it. Is this a bug or am I missing something? I completed the first one with the green salad one. Please help.

I do believe you have to be a level 40 Chef in order to start the next guardian quest.

It should be Profession-Level 10 - Level 30 - Level 45, if I'm not mistaken. Are you sure, you didn't accidently accept the quest already, when you happened to be in Prontera at profession level 30+?

Check your quest log and see if it's there
