i had this issue in RO1.

For me a melee loving player, it absolutely kills me to have to play a ranged caster before i can become my damage dealing tank god xD

Can i get some pointters out there that might make leveling a bit easier.

Nothing like "oooh just get benedicta and aspersio" those are common knowledge by now xP

I currently have a 30 warriorr and Rogue but this is the last and final class i want to get to that level range so i can make my final decision on a main.

Any help and encouragement is appreciated.

Find a buddy. Otherwise, get Asp maxed ASAP then HL, you don't really need HH or Renovatio till WC anyway (Level 17)

As far as stats go, Int all the way (or until your designated amount) then equalise it before you start touching agi or vit.

Also, if you have an artisan, get them to craft your monk gears after you change.

Edit: unfortunately, Monks are pretty low on the DPS scale (they're good tanks though!)But you can combo 2x asura for great burst damage lol.

Haha, some things you never get used to huh? I always prefer Warrior type characters but I actually don't mind playing any class.

I had a similar experience getting to beastmaster, hated having to play an archer for 25 levels. It's not that it was hard, archers are strong, but when you start a character to play them a certain way, it sucks to have to play them as almost the polar opposite for 25 levels.

ugh I hated bm as soon as I got to it. Biggest waste of a char ever imo.

And I love it I'm focussing on my priest for now but I definitely want to take my bear further... Shows how different tastes can be.

Well considering I have and love my monk, maybe the HP advantage of a bm wasn't enough to keep me from switching.

Well, at least you don't have to worry about kiting. Just hang in there! Unless you get a leveling buddy, you're kinda stuck with HL.. though, it is really nice to be able to renov yourself and never worry about hp.

lol want to thank everyone for their points of advice xP was helpful but it seems my guild leader is gonna Plevel my aco to monk stage since they are in need of tanks xD
