Question and i do apolgize if it's been answered before. For the VIP bonus exp; is that considered server rate increase (affects homus) or similar to battle manual increase (doesn't affect homus)? I'm assuming it's the latter.

That changed long ago. Server does have Vitata, Creamy and GTB cards now.

I seriously doubt they have to ask permission to fix a bug or even update something. UGC & Go Cash run Promo's that apply to RO every now & then. I don't see how that has anything to do with kro?

UGC hats are actually normally not costumes. That's where Laurel Wreaths and the New Years Hat came from (among others I am sure, too early and have not had my coffee so I can't remember)... so I am thinking it is not a costume. The other gaming cash card had the costumes the last time.

Either way hopefully a GM/CM/Staff can clear that up completely.

10 year anniversary is a big deal ===> need a big celebration. VIP bonus isn't even that spectacular

From what it says, it becomes tradeable one month after it is no longer for sale.

It's being removed next maint so one month from this upcoming maint it'll be tradeable.

I am kind of shocked people are so confused with the wording when it's pretty clear.

So, this page http://www.playragna...ail.aspx?id=270 says that for monsters in the spotlight, exp and "certain drops" will be doubled. Are cards included in these "certain drops" or not?
