To shed a bit more detail on this specifically. My raidcall account was hacked (why anyone would want to hack a raidcall account is beyond me). The group was unharmed, users were unharmed. The individual that accessed my account just added some of his friends, changed my account info, and added a new group to my account. The iRO Raidcall group remained unchanged.
After having the breach occur twice on my account despite changing the password, I realized there was a pattern. The same individual was trying to friend me before I denied his request, and a few hours later someone "else" logged in on my account. So I believe there may be a bug in the friend system on raidcall that gives wanabe hackers access to your account.
I HIGHLY suggest you take these steps to protect your raidcall account:
1. In the top right of the raidcall window, next to the shirt icon is a tab where you can access "System Settings"
2. Go into the system settings, and then to the privacy settings tab.
3. Check the "Reject contact request from all users" and "Block messages from strangers" tab.
Uncheck these options when you want to add a friend, and be sure to re-check them again once you are finished.
These individuals seemed intent on re-accessing the raidcall group and bothering users, so for the meantime, as ZeroTigress said, you will need approval before you can join the group (hopefully this blows over soon so we can set the group back to public again).
